Overview
Establishing a Programme / Project Office (PO) can help to ensure projects in an organisation run as effectively as possible. However, the PO can take a number of different forms, from basic status reporting, right through to driving project management improvement initiatives, so ensuring that the right type of PO is selected is critical. This course is designed to provide guidance for those involved in establishing a PO; identifying pitfalls, ensuring clarity of scope and providing practical experience of running the PO.
