Founded by Hugh Ivory in 2000, Best Outcomes' core competence is in the use of DSDM’s Business Centred Development Framework to deliver IT enabled change. In this fresh, collaborative approach, the focus is on delivering the priority requirements as early as possible, thus maximising return on investment. Using this approach, we have delivered a number of major projects (including Euro Changeover, Customer Relationship Management and Logistics) for High Profile companies.

Hugh Ivory, Founder and Managing Director

Hugh Ivory is a Business Analyst and Program Management Practitioner, with almost twenty five years experience facilitating IT enabled change.

During a twenty year career at AIB, Hugh was instrumental in the delivery of Branch, Phone and Internet Banking Solutions. In the late nineteen nineties, he managed a Process Improvement Initiative with the objective of developing a practical, business focused approach to delivering IT Solutions at the bank. The resulting framework is now the preferred approach for project delivery at AIB.

In 2000, with the objective of taking this Business Focused approach to a wider audience, Hugh founded Best Outcomes, a consultancy specialising in Change Management, Business Analysis and Project and Program Management.

Educated at Trinity College, Dublin, Hugh is a Certified DSDM Practitioner, holds a Graduate Membership of the British Computer Society, and is the Co-ordinator of the DSDM Irish Regional Interest Group.
